Awesome Apple Customer Service #2

Via Scoop.it - Science Fiction Technology

I have once again walked out of an apple store not only happy but astounded. My autistic daughter once again broke my iPad2 and I thought well not much I can do they already replaced my 1st one for free. I had to take my daughter to the drs so I decided oh what the heck does it hurt just to see what they will say and if its fixable how much the dollar damage would be and the guy just started his job of getting info on the iPad and since it was still working he gently told my daughter he needed the iPad which is even more astounding because its obvious she’s autistic is non verbal and was using Proloquo2go (a picture communication app for those with communication issues) anyways he’s getting the info and asked if she uses it all the time and I said yes and then he’s done on the iPad and asked if I had everything backed up cuz he was exchanging it for yet another new one. Here comes the huge shock again. Like you don’t hear of it the first time something that expensive never mind a 2nd time? Steve Jobs obviously cares about his customers and has built a company on trusting. Steve you are missed but your legacy is continuing on. How proud you must be of your company at these moments.   I ask share this story and the link to the first story I did in October    http://circleguru.com/main/authorization/signIn?target=http%3A%2F%2Fcircleguru.com%2Fprofiles%2Fblogs%2Fapple-has-wonderful-customer-service     Now I’m saving up for a desktop mac it’ll be my first too bad I hadn’t tried it sooner it seems that I get wonderful caring customer service with Apple good job thanks Karen
